• Regular gathering and periodic audits/reviews to verify compliance and promote continual improvement.
• Training for employees to comply with system and procedures to enable them for continual improvement
• Encourage our customers/Consultants to provide regular feedback regarding our product, services and systems to facilitate improvements.
• Implementing effective NCR management –Prevention, early detection and resolution using proper tools and reporting.
